My tour guide, Alex, was great, very knowledgeable on San Antonio history along with adding his own personal experiences. However, I was a bit disappointed in the tour. I thought the tour was 9-5 and was back to my hotel by 3:45 PM. I kept waiting to go somewhere that was not free or that we got special entrance to like for example the Alamo church. We went to the Market but it was for lunch, no time was given to shop, definitely not what your advertising implied. , Then why go? This is not my first Gray Line Tour. Just a little disappointed, I spent a lot and could have done a free step important step off bus and gotten to drive around and look at things.
